Customer service was brilliant and the Salon is very modern. We got offered drinks and the waiting area was very nice. We were seated immediately. The barber did a great job with the haircut but there are a few things that could improve. 1. They should have brushes to remove hair rather than tissues. 2. They need sharper blades. When I was having my shave, the blade was hurting because it wasn't sharp enough. 3. Use a close shaving machine to complete shave. 4. Whilst washing, the beard and face should be washed too. Overall it was great and the fade he did was good.

Great experience. Very friendly, listened carefully to what I wanted, and gave helpful advice. The fade and beard were done perfectly with great attention to detail.
