Jenn was so personable and made me feel comfortable with it being my first time with her. She made me love my curly hair again and taught me so much in terms of proper hair care and curl techniques. It was a very engaging and interactive experience!

Jen did an absolute amazing job bringing my teenage daughter’s curls back to life! She was incredibly professional and thorough, explaining every step of the process as she worked. What we appreciated most was that she didn’t just give her a great cut—she also took the time to teach my daughter specific tips and techniques on how to maintain and style her curls at home. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable about curly hair textures. We’ll definitely be back!

Jenn was incredibly knowledgeable about curly hair and took the time to explain everything to me. She really helped lower my anxiety, especially after some not-so-great experiences I’ve had getting my hair done in the past. I’ve never had a true curly hair specialist work on my hair the way she did. She understood exactly what my curls needed and styled them the way I always hoped my hair could look. She was so open, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I would absolutely recommend her to any curly-haired girl out there. She’s truly a pro!

Jenn is great! She cut my hair in such a way to make my curls curly again!! She explained what she was doing with products, so I can do it myself!! She’s very down to earth and easy to talk to!!

It is always a pleasure to see Jenn at Ciao Bella and she is the only one I trust with my hair! For years I only trust her with my curly girl haircuts! I came to her this time after two dye jobs from other salons that I was not happy with and she fixed my hair right up with a new gorgeous dye job and the top quality curly haircut she always has! From now on, only her for both my coloring and cutting needs! She has a tight schedule that is 100% worth accommodating. Chef's kiss!

This was the first time ever getting my hair done ever and I will be coming back! I felt so comfortable and my hair has transformed in ways I didn’t know possible! Not only did she teach me about my hair coming from someone little to no knowledge on curls but she was so attentive and kind I’ll definitely be a regular now! I trust her with my curls and I can’t wait to see my hair to grow!
