Great experience overall. The hairdresser was very skilled. My hair hasn’t curled that well in a long time! The cut was done really nicely too; with curly hair it always feels like cutting 2 cm turns into 5, but the end result was great. She listens carefully to what you want and delivers exactly that. I’d definitely recommend this salon and hairdresser.

Shermailine was wonderful in making me feel heard, understanding what I needed and delivering great results. I got a nicely framing haircut that feels comfortable, and moves me closer to the longer hair style that I want (I appreciate Shermailine kept most of my length!). They know their way around curls for sure, and are also good at treating hair that is not very full and thick (like mine). Such a comfortable environment. Will be returning for sure.

Really nice experience overall! The appointment started with a consultation about what I like about my hair, what I wanted to keep or change, and my main struggles. She then did a dry cut, followed by a wash with a rich conditioner. The chair even had a massage function, and the scalp massage with a hair scrub was incredibly relaxing. After drying my hair, she carefully checked everything and made final adjustments. The whole appointment took about 1.5 hours, and she also took before-and-after photos. Plus, we had a lovely chat throughout. Highly recommended!

I had my first appointment today at Addict Haarlem and Laura was absolutely fantastic! She asked the right questions, followed through and did a magnificent work with the highlights and haircut. But what really impressed me the most is how wonderful she handled my curls. She did an outstanding work with the Denman brush, the right products and the diffuser (supported by her colleague Roos) and I can’t recommend her enough!
