We visited the salon for a consultation for my daughter, who has very curly hair. After several disappointing experiences at other salons, we finally met someone who truly understands curls. Stephen immediately impressed us with his knowledge, patience, and the way he spoke directly to my daughter, helping her feel comfortable and understood. He explained how to care for her hair and what he recommends for her cut. It was such a positive experience, and my daughter can’t wait for her full appointment with him. Highly recommend!

Great. Short and neat hairstyle. Suggested i might like to consider going grey in the future. I will give it some thought. Might save a fortune. Great cut again especially at back. Lots morr shape and texture.

The head spa was incredible, so relaxing and i felt like all my requirements were met. Felicity was so attentive and made me feel very welcoming. I also had a blowdry with the lovely Melissa, she was so friendly and done a great job of my curly blow! Would recommend 100%

What a great experience at Roma today went in for a restyle with Rob for a lovely cut and had the pleasure of meeting Alex who put some lovely natural colours in my hair and talked me through how to use a wand to put some curl in it. Great relaxed atmosphere, from Emma on reception and hair wash to leaving. Would def recommend.

Had an appointment for half head foils and cut/style with Alex. What a great experience. To be honest I didn’t know what I wanted!! I just knew it wasn’t what I had lol. After a consultation, a plan was decided on half head mixed highlights and very high lift and restyle to reduce volume and enhance natural curls. Well all I can say is I am over the moon with the result. He has made me feel like a new woman. lol.

I have had a curly cut in London and Bristol previously, however Stephen was better than either of these, by far. Stephen gave me a great cut which has made me fall in love with my curls again. Stephen was patient, knowledgeable, listened to me and he gave me great advice on products and technique. The salon is immaculately clean and gives total privacy. Definitely the best and most reasonable curly cut I have had.

This was my fist visit to the Salon. Chris was very friendly. I have curly hair so explained what I did and didn't want. Chris really listened and understood what my hair needed. I am really happy with my first hair cut and have booked in to get my colour done in a few weeks. Would highly recommend the salon.

Absolutely fabulous.. I’m new at Roma & was made to feel very welcome.. my hairs fine in texture (&thinnng) Rob explained what he was going to do & what colour etc, which gave me confidence, so when Alex coloured it & with Robs cut.. it made my hair look thicker (& me look younger) 😁well, I feel that way & thts what it’s all about.. Therapy at its best.. I have a friend who goes, with beautiful thick curly hair & they always make it look amazing. aswell..so whatever yr hair type Roma is the place to go !! 🥳🤩🎉ENJOY… THANKU… ROMA…

“Absolutely fabulous “. I was early today as coming from Brixham we had to take into account road works and diversions plus nearly every single traffic light was on green! All the staff were as attentive as ever and my appointment was most pleasurable . As per usual my trip over to Preston was well worth it. No sign of rain and the sun was out. Pleased to see that I didn’t give Kate black hands after my foils this time. All the staff were most considerate especially when shampooing my hair. An added plus was that a very good friend of mine came in for a colour as Paul was using the hairspray on my perfect restyle. It was a pleasure as usual to take a trip to Paignton and have my hair re styled by Paul and his dedicated and friendly staff . I can now go out and celebrate my imminent 76 th birthday without any sign of a “bad hair day “ which I have not had for decades . Looking forward to my foils with Kate in 5 weeks time.
