Abbie transformed my hair today by listening to what colour and hair style I was looking for whilst providing me with some very helpful advice. I visited the salon for a vintage set ahead of a charity ball, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My stylist was absolutely wonderful—warm, professional, and incredibly skilled. She created a stunning vintage look that perfectly suited the occasion, and the entire process took less than 45 minutes. I left the salon feeling really happy with both the cut and the service. Joanna was lovely and really gentle. I went in with very few ideas of what I wanted and she made really good simple recommendations. I've struggled to find someone who can handle really thick hair with a bit of a curl and she not only did a great job but actually got more curl out of it. Will be back :)

Absolutely delighted with my visit to Virtuosa! My stylist, Steph, really took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered helpful advice to get the best outcome. The colour turned out beautifully—natural, well-blended, and exactly what I was hoping for—and the cut and finish were just perfect! A lovely touch having a delicious flat white from their barista machine too—it made the whole experience feel extra special. A genuinely relaxing, friendly salon. I Highly recommend Steph at Virtuosa—I’ll definitely be back!
