Second time that Bobbi has cut my hair, this time with some highlights too. I have curly (3a/b) hair and the shape she’s created is amazing and lasted between cuts. The colour has really lifted the style too. Bobbi really knows her stuff with regard to cutting and styling! I’ve been to a fair few places in Bristol (including Nuala Moray) for my curls and I’m loving coming to Tamed and Wild. The salon itself is so relaxing, such a lovely vibe!

So happy with my haircut from Seanie. She always listens and talks through options. I went for a dramatic chop of my curls and I felt really safe and certain and confident Seanie has listened and was working with me. I don’t regret it! My new cut looks and feels amazing. Thank you.

Amazing experience here yesterday - Sarah had been recommended by a friend and I was desperate to get my hair colour refreshed but had had some disappointing (and expensive!) experiences elsewhere in Bristol over the last few years. I had a colour consultation and then a full head of highlights done and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. Sarah did them in such a way that they look completely natural and the effect is exactly what I was going for. She was also very friendly, great to chat to and the price was fantastic for the service. Highly recommend!

Best haircut experience I've ever had. I don't have curly hair, but I knew it had some texture which I wanted to discover. Bronte really listened to what I wanted and how I like to style my hair (very low maintenance). She both did a fab cut and taught me how to style it myself with minimal effort. Exactly what I wanted from a hairdresser!

Absolutely wonderful. Felt so at ease and relaxed having Faye take control of my curls and I've been admiring them all afternoon. So glad I took the plunge to get a curly cut again after a long hiatus. I will definitely be back more regularly now. My hair feels and looks fabulous.

Lara and team have created a really friendly, welcoming atmosphere at MANU. I have my hair cut by Lara, who is very knowledgeable about natural hair care but also take time to listen to me, what I know about my hair, and what I want my hair to look like. I have a mixed curl pattern (3c-3b) and low porosity, so this is really important to me. Highly recommend MANU for all hair types.

I had my first ever curly cut today (I'm 50!) with Bobbi at Tamed and Wild. She was absolutely brilliant! She was so lovely and helpful and answered all my questions I asked her about how to look after my curls etc. The salon had a really lovely relaxed vibe. I will definitely be returning. 😀

I was so happy with my experience at Tame the Mane! It's such a nice and cozy place, the beautiful smells in the air and the great music playlist in the background made my hair-cut experience very relaxing! I also had a lovely chat with my hairdresser Fay, who gave me lots of tips on natural curly hair treatments, that I'm definitely going to try! I totally recommend!

Amy cut my hair and honestly she made me so comfortable really catered to my hair and showed me how beautiful my natural hair really was they can really cater to curly hair and also she gave me the best head massage when she was washing my hair would 1000 recommend tame the mane ☺️👍🏽

Have been going to Tame and Wild since it opened in Fishponds. 10/10 experience. The staff is lovely, the space is lovely and the little swap box is great! My sessions are with Miglena and I couldn't be more happy. If you got curly hair, this is the space to try for a haircut!
