Today I visited Loxy Locks feeling a little anxious, not because of Lauren, but because of an experience I had elsewhere last week. From the moment I arrived, Lauren’s warmth and expertise immediately put me at ease. Before my appointment, she jokingly said she “couldn’t work miracles,” but I can honestly say she absolutely did today! My hair feels amazing and looks incredible. I’m so happy with the results, and my confidence has been restored. I can’t wait to continue my hair journey over the next few months and see the full transformation with Loxy Locks. Thank you, Lauren!

Over the last 2 years since having my hair done with you I have felt more confident and more like my old self before my hair loss! I have had several mesh and meshless systems over the years and have even gone as far as London to get my hair fitted but since finding you I have been very impressed with your enthusiam for helping people suffering from hair loss and your professionalism and understanding. I also love how if I'm not happy with any tiny little thing at all you always sort it out for me, your dedication to making your clients feel complete again makes you very special. Thank you x
