Relaxed, friendly, professional atmosphere. Open, spacious salon with the best massage chairs. Calm, friendly team - welcoming and intuitive to their clients. More than pleased with my hair colour, head massage was a treat - products used were amazing.

This is my second visit to the Coven. Emily coloured and cut my hair on both occasions. I am extremely happy with both colour and cut. Emily is so professional and talented. This is the best my hair has looked since I moved to Aylesbury 5 and a half years ago.

I managed to get a last minute appointment yesterday as we were travelling to Aylesbury. As I am not a local wasn't sure what to expect. My experience was 💯 friendly young girl who was very polite, gave me a brilliant service over and above what I expected. Salon is lovely and clean. Would definitely return again.

There was some building work going on in the salon during my appointment ( which didn’t bother me in the slightest) but I got the impression that my comfort/salon experience mattered to the staff. Emma is a real credit to your team. I have always found her to be very professional, welcoming and does a great job on my hair to boot! I feel that she intuitively knows what will work with my curly hair and will make suggestions, i.e colour/toner. She does a great job curling it with the handle of a hairbrush! 😍 The overall customer service is consistently fantastic at the salon 🙌 Thankyou.

Aimee instinctively knew what to suggest when I said I needed a style refresh noting my curly hair, my middle aged woman overheating issues and the need for a colour change to support my grey hair blending needs. She showed me pictures so I knew what Si was getting and it worked out brilliantly!

Front of house very welcoming and offered a drink straight away. Had another great haircut and a curly finish. Never feel rushed at the Coven which is a bonus as left previous hair salon in town centre due to short appointment time/rushed service. If I could suggest an improvement it would be to update the hair washing basins as I do find them so uncomfortable (never had an issue at other salons).
