I booked my colour, lowlights and cut on a whim with Natasha after seeing her hair portfolio, and she did an AMAZING job! I am very picky, as I have unruly, coarse, curly, flat brown and graying, 53YO hair. She listened to what I was hoping for, and delivered exactly that. The colour, specifically, was possibly the best colour I have had in a looooooong time. The salon was bright, clean, aesthetic and delightful, despite its modest exterior and off-the-beaten-path location in Kanata. I live in Hintonburg, but will keep driving to Kanata to this salon.

My experience with Bree was so amazing! Since moving to Ottawa in January I hadn’t been able to find a stylist who I could trust. I am very picky about my hair and Bree killed it! I am so happy with the result. The salon was beautiful and clean!

Marie did an absolutely incredible job! I asked for long layers and face framing pieces and showed a reference photo and she did just that! Also, she was extremely kind and gave me some amazing tips for my natural curls that I am super excited to try. Great experience!

I had a really great first experience! The salon is gorgeous and the service was top notch! The attention to detail with client experience and service was very well done! Teagan helped me choose a design and my nails look amazing! With dip on natural nails, they look real and thin. Not think! I highly suggest anyone trying Fika West☺️💕

The beauty center is very bright and cozy, the staff is very welcoming, and the service is great! I loved my haircut, the scalp reset treatment is sooo refreshing ( for my oily hair), and my brows are so natural 👌😍🤩

Second time booking with Tatyana for a curly cut and decided to do something fun. We did foils and decided to lighten my hair and I am beyond obsessed! Makayla did a wonderful job transforming my hair after a previous salon basically destroyed my natural blonde in every way possible. Horrible layering, asked for brown and got ginger, etc. In just two sessions she brought my hair back to a beautiful blonde. So happy to be back to my confident self thanks to Makayla. She was a pleasure to talk with the entire appointment and achieved everything I asked for at both appointments. Thank you Makayla!

I visited Fika for the first time today and had a STELLAR appointment with Annie and Bre! Annie did an amazing job on my lash lift and tint and Bre slayed my blowout and curl! Both gals are great at conversing and made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of. 10/10 to the whole Fika crew!

The Fika pedicure left my feet super soft, which is unusual for the summer! I then had my eyelashes tinted for the first time. I love the natural look with a slight boost for summer :). Mila was great!

The most fun I’ve had in a long time! Felt like home! Shannon is the definition of an angel on earth. Such a kind, lovely, professional and inspirational person! My hair is always flawless after she gets her hands on it. Cannot wait to go back in a few weeks for nails with Annie! Two amazing woman doing more amazing for other women. All their products are local/Canadian made and they are constantly coming up with innovative items to share with their clients. Bravo and congratulations on an amazing business/home away from home!
