Best salon in Brisbane. All the staff are amazingly talented. I have very curly hair and have been going to Lunatic Fringe for 5+ years and have never walked out after an appointment disappointed. If you have curly hair, you'll know what I mean. 100% recommend!

I’m so glad I found Studio Sterling a few months ago. Amy does my nails better than anyone ever has (I also never stop getting compliments on them) And Charlotte recently fixed my hair after a few years of hair struggles and bad experiences. She did an absolutely amazing job and truly gave me my confidence back for which I’m so grateful! You couldn’t ask for a better team 💗 If you’re in Brisbane and need literally anything beauty related, you have to go and visit Jess and the girls asap.

I had such a lovely experience at Alfie Hair Design. I’ve just moved to Brisbane, and I’m so happy I’ve found Max! She did exactly what I wanted, and nothing felt rushed at all. She was incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen. I’m so happy with my hair and have already rebooked my next appointment :)

Had an amazing hair appointment for half head highlights with Crispin, he was super nice and listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. Really good knowledge of hair texture and colour I was impressed with it. It was a pleasure chatting to both him and the owner who gave me a lovely restaurant rec as I was visiting Brisbane. I also had a glass of wine during the appointment and felt super relaxed after. Gorgeous salon, it was my first visit and I'd highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you :)

Had an amazing experience with Danica today, she was so kind and thoughtful asking all the right questions making sure she knew exactly what I wanted and offering advice when I wasn't sure! Made me so comfortable as soon as I walked in. Would 100% recommend Danica and Bhava salon if you're looking for a friendly, professional but reasonably priced hairdresser in Brisbane. Way cheaper than what I was quoted elsewhere! Thanks Danica I'll be back xx

Andrew and Crispin are not only lovely but just really great at what they do. I have curly long hair and always ask for something like a wolf cut or balayage and I want to style it and wear it curly and natural and they nail it every time. Really experienced and I highly recommend.

Jessica’s kind and polite hospitality made me feel very calm arriving for my first session. She went above and beyond with her kindness in addition to her services - and I left the store with the biggest smile on my face! Also managed to grab a photo with my glorious king Tommi, which will last for a lifetime. Thank you so much for making my Brisbane trip one to remember!

Lucy gave me honest and informed advice to work to a grey hair transition. She really took the time to explain what the likely results would be like and what would be achievable without compromising the health of my hair. Lucy really took time and meticulously blended and toned to achieve very natural results. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will make the grow out much easier.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the ladies at Lunatic Fringe. I have very fine curly hair & they are curl specialists in the true sense of the word. I’ve been going now for approx 5 years & won’t go anywhere else to have my curls cut. I also have Aura smoothing which makes my curls more manageable & soft. Very highly recommend.

This is definitely the best salon I've been to in my 36 years in Brisbane. I've had tint regrowth, style cuts, keratin treatments all done by the emerging stylists and every experience has been wonderful.

I have been looking for a hairdresser since moving to Brisbane 6 months ago. Andrew and Crispin were so lovely and welcoming. Their expertise certainly showed with my cut and colour. Extremely happy with the results. They now have a customer for life.

From the moment I sat down on the chair I was very welcomed, the main priority was to bring my curls back to life and I left with gorgeous bouncing curls . Perfect haircut with attention to detail to every curl, relaxation plus at the sink and fabulous styling team. I am so glad that I’ve found this curly team specialists salon, a true hidden gem.

Crispin does an amazing job with my fine, thin hair. I’m always surprised at the volume, how he smooths out all the frizz, the colour looks great. He has so much experience yet still consults me to check in on exactly what I want, doesn’t push me into anything that won’t suit me or that I’m not comfortable with. I highly recommend.
