This was my first visit to Hive to get my haircut. Toni made me feel relaxed and at ease as soon as I arrived and spent time asking what I wanted doing. Nothing was rushed and the salon was really relaxing and calm - just what I needed! The shampoo and conditioning was AMAZING! Best I’ve ever had in a hair salon. Toni cut my hair beautifully and ensured I was happy with it at all stages. She even said to call back if I had any little niggles with the cut in the coming days. Thank you Toni. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I was welcomed by Cloe. Apologies for wrong spelling. I was in a wheelchair but was accommodated and helped with a couple of steps. I arrived for a short haircut but after much persuasion I was encouraged to try something new with my very curly hair. So a couple of others looked at my hair and agreed jeep the curls. A gentleman made me a coffee and we were off. Chlöe was very knowledgeable and made suggestions and then I was off again. I confess my hair is rather neglected so a follow up appointment will be made. Thank you all for your care. Wendy Lewis
