I came in with a dodgy trim that needed fixing, Sian was lovely, explained what was wrong with it and how she was going to fix it. The girl who washed my hair was lovely and friendly as well :)

Amazing professional service from Caroline today. So pleased with my colour and cut today my hair was being stubborn but we got there and got the colour I wanted. and love the new salon and it's so handy as I live in bulwark to thanks again you all worked so hard today definitely be booking again soon when I am due.

I have only just moved to Chepstow, and prior to moving had my treatments done by the same Lady for years. It can be a little daunting finding someone new that you trust - until you meet Julie. Julie puts you at ease straight away and she is just so lovely. I have been twice in the last month or so and I have definitely found my new beauty boutique. Thank you Julie. Ashleigh did an absolutely amazing job today for my son's first ever haircut. She was so patient with him and quick but super accurate and precise with the cut. She even gave him a sticker for being so good. Most definitely recommend The Hair Lounge. Both girls were so friendly and welcoming too. Cannot thank them enough for what they did for us today. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you girls so much x

We popped in for cuts for my 6 & 4 year old. We received exceptional service and great cuts for both kids. At first my youngest really was mnot keen on having his hair cut at all but the lady cutting it managed to make it fun and even got him to crack a smile. She really went out of her way to talk me through everything too which was hugely appreciated. It’s definitely going to be our new go-to place from now on! Thank you. X

It should 10 * he saved my hair yesterday. I look like i had had a blue rinse 😲. One phone call and done. I can take my hood down now and look normal. How many hairdressers with a help phone call say come in a bit earlier and I will sort it for you. 🩷 I promise not to do it again.

My Hair experience was fantastic. Hannah gave me exactly what I wanted.She skillfully blended my hair from dark roots and blonde lengths to a balyage to dark all over. I am very happy with my hair. And will keep going back to The Hair Lounge in Bulwark.

Ashley was polite and chatty and most importantly listened to what I wanted to achieve from my appointment and she didn't disappoint I also like going to the hair lounge in bulwark because I can pop in after I finish work at 5.30pm
