Carmen managed to accommodate my last minute request to get my 5 year old daughter’s first haircut. Carmen is great with kids, as she managed to engage a conversation with my daughter, whom is timid, and made her feel comfortable throughout her haircut, wash and blow. My daughter was over the moon, so happy with the experience. Thank you Carmen! We will definitely be returning for more services. Exceptional customer service!

As always Zoe did an amazing job, she really is an incredible hairdresser and did a wonderful job of of colouring and styling not only my hair but my nervous teenagers hair for the first time. We both were so happy with our make over and girl time and grateful for the amazing hairdresser and person Zoe is.

From the moment we walked into the salon, it’s was A+ service. The appointment was not delayed, the hairdresser was so beautiful and kind to both of my kids. She spoke to them, listened to what they wanted and checked on them during the hair cut. Amazing service from start to finish. We will be back again.

Ellie is a warm, caring, approachable, reassuring and brilliant colourist. She explained all the process times needed for all the changes. And so time flew by. Not to mention the transportation I experienced with the head massage ! She’s finally my girl and I’ve been looking a long while.

Caitlin was amazing!!! She really knows her colours! I’ve not met many hairdressers that really know how to colour natural red heads properly but Caitlin knows her stuff! I was nervous but she made me feel completely comfortable with her knowledge & confidence and boy did she do an amazing job!
