Big shout out to @thebarberkyle for another great cut. I've been going to Champions Barbering Institute for a few months now and Kyle always nails it. Highly recommend checking Champions Institute out. This cohort is graduating in a few weeks but everyone there does a stellar job. Professional barbers are always an arms length away to help guide the students. Great crew and I always feel welcome.

Alex is the best Barber I have ever had, he listens, suggests ideas, and even offers to have me come back, if anything isn't working out well (I have never had to take him up on this offer) The rest of the staff, from what I have seen, does fantastic work as well. All the staff are friendly, genuine, and make it a great space to be in. Keep up the excellent work!

Cece hooked me up today with exactly what I needed. The vibes here are so great, the students and instructors all work really hard to make use of you as an instructional tool. It does take some extra time to get done but I don’t mind since they are taking that time to dial in their skills. Great vibe and hustle from the barbers and barbers in training. It’s a privilege to be a part of their journey.

Throne is awesome -- for the qualirty of service, you'd think the prices would be double or even triple for what you get. This place is amazing in that you can always expect to be looking your best each and every time you leave. I can't recommend this place enough.

Kincade always gives my son(12), a great solid cut! Currently my son is growing his hair out, and .. Kincade is great at sculpting, listening and making sure this “in between” stage still looks sharp. I am super picky when it comes to who touches my son’s hair (have had bad experiences with previous barbers). Kincade is the only one I trust now to touch my son’s hair. Even when he moved from the North Portland throne to the Dt location, we still make the drive clear from Happy Valley for him. 5 stars all day. Also bonus: my son loves that he doesn’t leave cut hair ever on him!

Love taking my son here! The staff does an amazing job, friendly, personable. They really take care of my 3 year and make him feel comfortable and special. Why does my 3 year old son always look older after a haircut? (happy, but also crying inside a little) :)

Sant really impressed me on my first visit! He took the time to listen and ask non-standard questions about how my hair is normally styled to target the custom cut that I was looking for. He even took the time to style it at the end of the cut, which was a first for me. He is top notch! I will definitely be back.

Came in late at 7pm. I know everyone’s tired cause they’ve probably been cutting hair all day. But I was blown away at the care and detail I got. Carelli cut my hair and gave me a beard trim. It was soo good, everything from the fade, to the blend, to the trim of the top, then the beard line up. It was all carefully done to the detail. Everyone wants to be off work but she more worried about making sure my hair and beard was cut to perfection, I could tell and I really appreciated that. I never write reviews but I feel fresh af and that’s what matters when leaving the shop. Thank you!

The barber was shown galary photo of what's desired, asking on-going questions about satisfaction and complied with more desired. The finished results were an awesome customer services handsome Autism Medical Challenged customer.

I had a solid experience today at CBI. Chris took his time and gave me a great cut and beard trim! He was focused and exact, making sure he not only did a cut that I like but also making sure he did it the right way. I appreciate him for working with the shears and tackling the job.
