From start to finish, my haircut and beard trim with Charlie were flawless. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to throughout the appointment, which made the whole experience really comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail was excellent, and the final result exceeded my expectations. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work and cares about making sure everything is perfect.
