My experience at your salon in Pontypridd today was amazing. My stylist Kelly is always friendly. Her attention to detail is fantastic and she always blowdries and curls my hair to finish. I had highlights today and I am extremely pleased with them. I explained what I wanted and they have exceeded my expectations!. Tracy was also a fantastic help. Thank you 😊

I came in needing a change and left with exactly what I didn’t realise I wanted until it was done. Alaan just got it — no fuss, just a proper sharp cut that suits me. The undercut’s clean, the shape works even when I do nothing with it-which is most days 🙈 Can't wait for my next cut!!

Lovely, friendly salon... such a nice atmosphere and great vibe....They even have a menu with drinks and snacks ✨️ Summa and her co-workers are all amazing and friendly. Summa did a fabulous job, a lovely toner, wash and blow-dry... Highly recommend this place.

This was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had at a hairdresser! The staff were welcoming, and Alaan did a fantastic job with my cut and colour. He gave excellent professional advice tailored to my style and he was great to talk to (about everything!). The service was top-notch—complimentary hot drinks were included with my service, and they even give out free samples and a loyalty rewards card. Alaan made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. I'm overall very happy and will definitely be back!

I booked in with Sara today after avoiding the hairdressers for years. My hair was nearly touching my bum, completely wild, and I honestly looked like the female version of Hagrid from Harry Potter. Even another client looked shocked when I took it out of the bun! Sara was so patient and professional while I changed my mind 100 times over such a big change. She took her time perfecting every detail, and just as she was finishing up, the heavens opened and it poured with rain... typical! But that doesn’t change the fact I asolutely love my new hair. Thank you Sara, I’ll definitely be back!
