Ash is absolutely incredible at what she does! She has a great eye for detail and perfectly translates what you want into the final look. She puts a tremendous amount of effort into both hair and beard trims, ensuring everything is sharp. Plus, the shop has a warm, friendly atmosphere that makes the whole experience great.

As always a fantastic service from Drew. Not only is he an amazing barber, his customer service is excellent. I went to work straight after getting my hair cut and beard trim and a colleague asked for details so he could book with him too which tells you everything.

Thank you, Sienna, for doing such a lovely job on my beard trim and head shave, ready for my wedding tomorrow. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, from booking right through to the appointment itself. I really appreciated that Sienna took the time to read the notes on my booking and ask a few questions to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted. As someone who is autistic, I sometimes find it difficult to express myself, but Sienna immediately put me at ease and made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Fantastic first visit to Hoi Polloi for a full beard trim with Sam - super chilled vibe and the whole team was very welcoming. Sam’s attention to detail was superb and he really took the time to really understand exactly what I was after. The end result was great! I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!
