The renovated salon looks and feels amazing! All your staff are kind, friendly and professional. I had a not so great experience my first time here and I really wanted to give the benefit of doubt. I’m so glad I took another chance - I’ll be returning! Thank you for offering a salon for us in London - we are sincerely under acknowledged and I have yet to find a salon that compares locally.

I had an amazing experience at Braids and Wigs! From booking my appointment to the moment I left, everything was smooth and professional. I got cornrows done, and they turned out exactly how I wanted. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Their attention to detail and excellent customer service really stood out. I highly recommend Braids and Wigs to anyone looking for quality braiding and a great overall experience!

Amanda is THE BEST!!!!! she took great care of my hair, she knows what she's doing, she put her heart and soul into it. She spent 6 hours on my hair to make it match my expectations and voila! The outcome was gorgeous!! Would definitely 10/10 recommend Amanda and I'm always choosing her ❤️

Honestly one of, if not the single best hair appointment I've had. I know what the expectation is since my sister is a hair professional herself and I've also been to tons of hair salons so I have that perspective. Her recommendations for my hair care were genuinely helpful, and she even shared great advice about settling into life in Canada as an international student.
