I went in for my waxing appointment not really knowing what to expect, especially since I hadn’t seen the pre-prep guidelines beforehand. It was definitely a bit painful at first, but Kgomotso’s warm and chatty personality quickly put me at ease. Honestly, it felt like I was getting a wax and a therapy session at the same time! She made the experience so much more comfortable and even enjoyable. It was lovely overall. I’m definitely going back again!❤️

Sis Nomfundo really helped me a lot during our consultation. Although disheartening to hear that the skincare routine I thought was working for me, was actually damaging my skin! If not for her helpful insights, I would not have known. She also advised I try the Dermafix Mandelic cleanser which I'm super excited to try. Top tier service as always. I did the Dermablading with a light peel with Kgomotso. Kgomotso is very gentle on the skin and as she applied the products to the face, she let me know in time how the product will feel on the skin. Very present and attention to detail. I also had an aromatherapy massage with Khumo. Khumo communicated well with me throughout the massage. She also listens when you let her know on which parts to focus on during the massage. She also provided a little feedback after. I enjoyed my visit!!!

I book my next appointment, right after my treatments, cause I deserve exceptional service, quality treatment from a knowledgeable professional! 😉

It was lovely. My skin feels amazing after the facial. The information I got about the skincare helped a lot, because I didn’t have a full skincare routine, but looking forward to it.
