Brittaney does an excellent job, beautiful relaxing massage - firm but gentle. Very attentive & takes great care, provided well detailed advice regarding my skin needs. Brittaney's also tinted my lashes & brows in a previous appointment and did a great job with them too. Lovely and friendly but also gives you enough time to rest without talking.

I had an amazing experience here. Izumi's consultation was thorough, the application was incredibly gentle, and the results are exactly what I hoped for—full yet natural. The studio is spotless and the aftercare instructions were clear. My lashes still look great after three weeks. Highly recommend! Love the Japanese inspired atmosphere too!

She was incredibly informative, made me feel completely at ease, and her gentle touch (plus the shoulder massage!) nearly put me to sleep. I left feeling refreshed and glowing. I’ve been to so many skin care clinics and hands down, this has been the most professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant experience. I have avoided fillers for the longest time waiting to find the right place who know what they are doing and aren’t a run of the mill franchise who hire young trainees to inject. You can tell the clinicians are well sought after and for good reason, all with many loyal customers who have build relationships with them. I feel lucky to have finally found the right place.

I’ve been going to Skintopia for the past five years, ever since their Commercial Bay days, and I’ve had the chance to experience many facialists over that time but Bianka is hands down the best. She just gets it right every single time. Her facial massages are incredible, and her touch is so calming and precise. I love that she’s not overly chatty and really lets me relax and make the most of my treatment. She’s never pushy about product sales either, which I really appreciate. Overall, Bianka is amazing easily the best at the Herne Bay branch!

I’ve been getting my brows done by Izumi for quite a while and she always does a beautiful job. Recently, I had a Japanese meridian face lift facial with her, and I absolutely loved it, my skin is still plump, dewy, and glowing. Even my friends have commented on how lovely my skin looks! Izumi has the most beautiful, calming energy and her Japanese-inspired space feels like you've escaped! She’s also very intuitive and shared supportive insights about what’s happening in my body, which I found so valuable. Every visit with her feels special. Highly recommend!
