Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

On my second treatment with Kate now, I don’t think I will ever not go back, whether for further treatment or general advice on skin/ hair and all round well being. She has a shop in the same facility as her treatment room selling necessary supplements. She doesn’t sell a product that she doesn’t believe in so I feel safe and confident to purchase here. I can’t wait to finish my 5 week course, a week later from my first and I could have cried, without Kate I was not fitting into jeans that I already owned. She saved me a whole new wardrobe🤣 Results speak for themselves! see you next week🥰

It was my first time going to HA lazer today & I couldn’t have felt more comfortable, as soon as I stepped in the clinic, I knew I was in safe hands. Hayley was SO informative & honest during my consultation regarding my brow removal treatment. Hayley was also really understanding of having my toddler present with me during the consultation & it was clearly no issue at all for her. Sarah (the practitioner working along side Hayley) was also very lovely and welcoming! And the lady on reception made my little one feel welcome too. I will definitely be booking treatments in the future!
