Great customer service. Dr Naren is excellent. He spends plenty of time discussing the client's hopes and expectations and executes his work in an efficient and professional manner. I had a few treatments done today, some of which I've had before and continue to have on a regular basis as and when I can. One of the treatments which was exfoliating treatment I have never had this before and with suffering with dry skin especially on my legs right know I thought I'd give a go. Let me tell you it's the best thing every. Katy answered all my questions about it. My skin was left smooth and soft. The treatment can be done with a brush or glove, so if you have sensitive skin I'd opt for the glove. You will not leave disappointed 💜

Terri is absolutely fantastic, very professionalwith a great personality. The shop is always immaculate and inviting and I really enjoy my appointments. I've been having laser on my neck to get rid of quite severe hyperpigmentation and broke veins in my face. I'm now 3 sessions in and its already receding and the redness has reduced massively. It has the added bonus of skin tightening and rejuvenation. I hace also had a aprey tan with Terri. Highly recommend. Thanks Terry for all the help and advice. Xxx
