First time visit. The treatment was a facial which included a consultation. First impressions...the treatment room is beautiful, as soon as you walk in it feels calm and relaxed, spotlessly clean. The treatment bed is absolutely lush!! I could have fallen asleep straight away. The facial was beautiful, so relaxing and the products used were gorgeous. After the facial I was given some samples to try and some skin care advice. All in all a fantastic experience and one I would highly recommend. Will definitely be booking again.

Fabulous experience! Amber put me at complete ease having my scar camouflage treatment on my forehead today following skin cancer surgery. I am super excited to see the finished result following two more treatments, but already so happy after the first. Jodie has put me at ease and is very professional in her clinic, makes you feel very welcome, and her advice on my skin routine has been amazing, and the products that where recommend have made a massive difference on my skin, as they where recommend instead of other aesthetics that could of been sold to me, costing me more money, I'm thrilled with my results and have been today as a model for charlotte at a reduced price and was made to feel so comfortable with charlotte as jodie is going on mat leave and I've no issues now using charlotte while jodie has her well deserved time off.

I have been going to Sam for years now and she has some amazing treatment’s which has made my skin look amazing, even if I do say so myself. Sam makes you feel so relaxed and special whilst having your treatment you walk out on a little cloud. I personally wouldn’t go anywhere else she knows you better than you know yourself. I trust her completely with recommendations and ideas on how to keep my skin looking young and healthy. My happy place

This is the fourth medical needling session today and first scar camouflage tattoo. The results are excellent and Amber is the uttermost professional and caring person I could have wished for to help me finish my skin cancer journey. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Amber. Thank you Amber.

Amber is amazing at what she does. She welcomes you with a professional but friendly atmosphere. I had a few medical needling sessions and tattooing sessions and was told how many roughly I would need at my initial consultation. My scars haven’t GONE completely but they’ve definitely reduced and I now don’t mind wearing my original clothes again, which I stopped wearing as they were SO visible (arm scars from an arm lift post weight loss)

I had a consultation with Jen to get advice about improving my jowl area. She gave me options and honest about what works best and why. I had the treatment last night. She was gentle and professional and also gave me extra advice about added supplements to help me with other issues like sleep etc. I can already see an improvement and I'm really happy with the results and highly recommend her.

Jen put me right at ease having a BB Glow peel and my skin feels wonderful :D
