Kirstie is so lovely and always makes me feel so calm and relaxed. I’ve just started my bio repeel journey and Im looking forward to seeing the results. I usually come every 5 weeks or so to Simply Hair and Beauty Lounge for waxing - experience is always 10/10. Laura is incredible, always friendly and helps you to feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the services she provides. Today I decided to treat myself and booked a facial - WOW. Experience could not have been better. Relaxing environment, really comfy cozy bed with fluffy blanket. The products smelled amazing and the techniques that Laura used felt so calming and good for my skin. Would 100% recommend. ❤️

A.lways made welcome with Gemma she makes you feel completely relaxed and explains the procedure fully asking if you have any doubts and what it all entails…she carefully measure you out checking all the measurements before she begins..I have always felt totally comfortable and wouldn’t go anywhere else ..

Agatha is as every bit as lovely as her reviews have said. I was apprehensive about trying somewhere new. The place I used to go to go to has changed hands. However as soon as I met her at the free consultation I was made to feel very at ease and Agatha knows her stuff! The consultation and treatment were brilliant. Agatha was very thorough and spent a good amount of time working on the shape of the eyebrows which had been neglected for nearly 3 years, and involved me in the process and decision making. I had the powder brow and am thrilled with the result. Would definitely recommend Agatha!!

Professional and talented

This was a very calming, nurturing facial on a heated bed and low lit room so very relaxing. My skin looked amazing afterwards and felt really nourished and hydrated. Even my husband noticed!

Had a fantastic facial today with Saffron. The room was comfortable, clean and warm, my skin was left soft and glowing. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep! I will definitely be returning for another of these. ❤️

I would like to start by saying… A MASSIVE THANK YOU FOR HELPING me have confidence in my skin! My skin in a little nutshell when I was younger I suffered with acne and occasionally I have the odd out break (not as bad) but thank you to Kirsty I now have the best glowing skin ever! I’ve now had 6 courses of BioPeels and I’m in love, I’ve stuck to Kirstie’s recommendations and kept up with the skin journey and it’s been the best one yet!!
