I had my treatment today with Nur and she carried out a really thorough consultation, explaining the procedure in detail, what to expect, the potential risks, and answering all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point, and she made sure I was fully informed before asking for my consent to go ahead. Nur is so professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients. She made me feel completely relaxed and at ease throughout the whole appointment. Had the most amazing consultation with Alice today! She is so personable and welcoming, and she really listened to exactly what I was looking for. She gave me honest, informative advice and ran through different product alternatives without making me feel rushed at all.
