Gemma’s knowledge and explaining the procedure is just absolutely amazing, I was very nervous and she talked through everything before and whilst doing the procedure and constantly asking if I was ok, I’ve never had any aesthetic's done before but at the grand age of 49 the Howell area has really got me down, I left a new woman and I’m so happy with the results, Gemma knows her stuff and most of all she’s totally honest and I’d never go to anyone else, she totally puts you at ease. The consultation was great, Ellie was quite informative and helpful. Having the patch test done for the first time was a shock, but after the second one it was ok and was not as painful.

I have just had my micro needling and profhilo. It was literally pain free , I’d heard some stories that were making me nervous and I was absolutely fine! Wonderful appointment with Alisha today. She really understands the skin and also knows people have different routines and small changes can make a big difference.
