Charlotte was so lovely and welcoming right from the get go. She took the time to understand my skin concerns and learn all about my history. I had a skin scan and she went through each picture with me in detail whilst being very kind and thoughtful. Charlotte also found products to fit my budget and there was no pressure to buy them straight away and super upfront about costs. I feel like I’m in really good hands and I’m looking forward and feeling very positive about my skin journey with Charlotte.

I’ve just had a full body massage and a medik8 facial with Helen. I can honestly say it was by far the best facial and massage I have ever had. My skin is glowing and feels super soft. Helen is amazing at what she does and I have left feeling very relaxed and refreshed. I will be returning to Helen again and will 100% recommend her services. The salon is also beautiful. X

Amber was brilliant with my daughter. It was her first wet cut and Amber was so patient with her. Explaining what she was doing and asking her how she wanted her hair cutting and styling. My daughter was so happy and her hair was lovely.
