Went in a little later and the salon was quiet but lovely to see members of the community randomly pop their head through the door to say hello to Nicole. Service was great, good consultation to check different colours and the style I wanted to change to, good chat, very friendly and loved the tea and biscuits! Really happy with the cut and colour! Skilled facialists are hard to come by in a big city let alone a small town, and Jayne is definitely skilled, they are supremely relaxing whilst also delivering brilliant results - everything a great facial should offer. There are three ‘types’ to choose from at booking but when you arrive she does a thorough consultation and really takes the time to put together a bespoke facial based on your individual skin concerns.

I recently had a mesotherapy microneedling treatment with Caryn, and honestly, it was such a great experience. I was a wee bit nervous going in, but Caryn made me feel totally at ease. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable. The treatment itself was way more relaxing than I expected! Caryn is so knowledgeable and has such a gentle, reassuring way about her. You can tell she genuinely cares about your skin and wants you to feel good in it.

Caryn is very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I am not a person who is comfortable with having someone touching my face but Caryn talked me through each step and helped me relax. I'm just starting vascular treatment for rosacea and am excited to see how the treatment will transform my face and confidence. Treatment on a couple of blood spots and thread veins on my nose worked like magic! I'll never be someone to get a facial to relax but I feel more at ease about getting help with my skin care and would book in for more treatments as needed

It’s a very relaxing treatment and leaves my skin soft, smooth, plumped up and most of all, glowing, so much so that I feel confident enough to go without make-up. Natalie always makes me feel so welcome. She is very knowledgeable about skincare and was able to recommend a micro needling treatment for my skin issues. Procedure was very enjoyable and skin now feels very fresh and glowy. Aftercare and repeat treatments discussed, Natalie gave recommendations to get the most out of my treatments with no pressure on booking back in until the next treatment was really needed.

I booked in with Chloe for a deep tissue massage and facial. I have had a few massages but Chloes work has got to be one of the best I've experienced, I had plenty of knots and was very tensed up and she was excellent minimising them, and my entire body feels 100 times better already.
