Booked a treatment with Kirsti where I had my first ever deep tissue massage. Kirsti was professional and put me at ease from the outset by asking me questions, such as why I had booked in, and told what to expect from the treatment. I left feeling relaxed and I'll definitely be booking in again!

I visited Carly for the first time this week for a consultation for ombré eyebrows. I was very impressed with Carly’s attention to detail regarding my treatment. She explained everything to me and also sent me a leaflet to read through confirming all the information she had explained prior and post treatment. Her salon is spotless and I have every confidence in her when I return for my treatment in June… I can’t wait

Kirsti really did a fantastic job. My skin feels so refreshed and looks really radiant after my first facial. She also really tailors each treatment to your needs (for me it was helping clear my skin of a lot of clogged pores and evening out my skin tone). Also had a 30 minute back massage after as she luckily was able to squeeze me in and honestly really pleased with the quality. Again she ensures you are happy with the pressure she puts and is open to adjusting accordingly to your preference. Definitely recommend her services as they are of a high standard and well worth the money !

I booked my consultation appointment with with Skin Essentials Clinic after it was recommended to be by a colleague. Following my consultation I had a treatment for deep frown and forehead lines and I’m over the moon with the results.

After originally going for a consultation to have injectables, i received very good advice regarding my skincare routine to try first to improve my skin. After only just a few days of using the products recommend by Mehnaaz by skin is looking fantastic and i'm so pleased i didn't go ahead with the injectables straight away. I can't wait to carry on seeing the results from my new skincare regime and buying more products! From the moment I first contacted Carly regarding having my eye brows done, I have felt at ease, from our consultation she has explained every step of the process. I wasn’t sure what to expect & she has been amazing. The aftercare was well explained & didn’t mind me asking further questions. I saw Mehnaaz’s own experience and saw her pictures of how her own treatment progressed. Throughout the treatment Mehnaaz fully explained every process, constantly making sure that I was happy and comfortable. I have been given 5 days worth of aftercare products and followed the aftercare instructions fully. There have been no shocks, my skin is healing fully as expected. Always fantastic service
