I had a vampire facial with Rachel and couldn't recommend her more. She was absolutely lovely, very gentle throughout the treatment, and made me feel completely at ease. She was also incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and share lots of helpful advice about skincare and different treatments. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back!

Chrissie is just so so lovely and brilliant at her job...... genuinely the best eyebrows I have ever walked out of a salon with....no exaggeration! Not only do you feel instantly welcomed by Chrissie, like you've known her forever but she double checks everything she is doing is what you have asked for and correct before proceeding. The salon and her room is spotless every single time, without fail. Couldn't recommend more! ❤️

First cryolipolysis (fat freezing) treatment with Kyla, following a free consultation. Kyla is very professional, friendly and makes you feel at ease. Her knowledge within the treatments she offers is extensive. Kyla explains the treatment at every step and aftercare routine is also covered in depth. My six week follow up appointment was booked too. I highly recommend Kyla and Heatherlea Clinic.

Such a blissful experience, but so much more than just a run-of-the mill relaxing massage - this felt completely tailored and personalised to exactly what I needed. Jemma is very knowledgeable and incredibly skilled. Very thorough consultation beforehand. I can't rate her highly enough. Looking forward to my next session already.

Excellent! Kyla has been amazing, excellent at explaining and advising every step of the way! I have just completed a year of monthly treatments, rotating from microneedling to high frequency skin care to deep cleanse. Wonderful benefits seen so I will begin another course soon. Have just completed my 6 session collagen treatment on the tops of my arms and very happy with the results. Thank you to Natalie who I had my first consultation with, everything explained and professional. And to Sinead, Mia and Nicole who carried out my treatments in a relaxed friendly and professional manner as always. Started my treatment beginning May with 1 to 2 week intervals which was perfect timing to be summer dress ready with more confidence.

I had my fingers and toes done at By Chrissie Beauty and couldn’t recommend enough! She is so knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I’d previously had my nails done at another salon and they definitely weren’t the easiest to remove… 😅🫣 but she took her time, looked after my natural nails and did an amazing job. I’m so pleased with the results. I’ve already booked my next appointment and can’t wait to come back. Thank you!
