Wow! She‘s on another level.She’s always been my go-to for regular lymphatic drainage, and today I started my post-op care with her. I came in sore, nervous, and honestly almost regretting my surgery (lol), but she completely changed how I felt. We used a mix of techniques–ultrasound, laser, tapping–plus some stretching. I had no idea post-op care could be this varied and effective. She explained each stage of my recovery so now I actually get what’s going on with my body.I didn’t think I’d need this kind of treatment,but now I can’t imagine going without it. I walked out feeling a new person

Today I had my second treatment for my knee. I had surgery in January and the swelling and pain was just not going down. My review with NHS doctor is only in 8 months which is too long to be in pain. So happy I ve found Vanessa. She really is so experience and so helpful. I feel and see a huge difference: reduced swelling and inflammation. I also feel so much lighter and stress relief led.
