After suffering with sinus pain I booked a sinus therapy massage with Magda. Magda was brilliant and really tried to help target the pain whilst also making everything feel very relaxing. Highly recommend Magda, will definitely be looking at other treatments with her

We visited the brand-new Portland Seaweed Spa and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Kelly is so welcoming and passionate about what she does and you can really feel the care she’s put into creating something special here on Portland. We tried the full package, Thermal Seaweed Body Wrap, Luxury Foot Spa & Scrub, Seaweed Bath & Face Mask, and a full-body Portland Hammam. Every treatment was deeply relaxing and I loved how everything flowed seamlessly from one to the next. We all left feeling lighter, refreshed, and genuinely squeaky clean! Thank you Kelly.

Fantastic assisted stretch session with Lauren. As someone that regularly trains this service is perfect for me. She has a great knowledge of the anatomy of the body and knows how to tailor sessions to exactly what’s needed. I always feel really great after and my athletic performance has improved. Highly recommend
