She transformed my brassy mop into a gorgeous, natural-looking style that I absolutely love. What really impressed me was the care she took to explain how to look after my hair afterwards – she even gave me a personalised “recipe” for maintaining the colour and shine at home.

My lashes look wonderful, and the staff were warm and professional. I’m giving 4/5 due to small things that make a big difference: Under-eye pads: The moisturizing pads slid toward my eyes, causing irritation. This happens if they’re too close to the lash line. Leaving a small gap—or using tape instead—could help. Lash care: A few natural lashes were pulled out, especially when lower lashes stuck to the upper ones. Instead of forceful separation, a gentler approach would avoid lash loss. Thank you for the beautiful results and great service!

I cannot recommend this hairdresser enough, I had a great experience during my appointment. It was my first time visiting the salon although she had been recommended to to me, I admit I was a little nervous, very quickly I felt at ease, I was also made to feel welcome, the results of the colour i had was far more than i had expected.
