I look forward to each and every appointment with Erika. Her lashes look great yet very natural and they completely change the way I look. They give a soft look to my face and my eyes look brighter and wider. Moreover her touch is so soft and the place is serene and spotlessly clean. It’s a 2 hours of pure relaxation for me. My lashes look wonderful, and the staff were warm and professional. I’m giving 4/5 due to small things that make a big difference: Under-eye pads: The moisturizing pads slid toward my eyes, causing irritation. This happens if they’re too close to the lash line. Leaving a small gap—or using tape instead—could help. Lash care: A few natural lashes were pulled out, especially when lower lashes stuck to the upper ones. Instead of forceful separation, a gentler approach would avoid lash loss. Thank you for the beautiful results and great service!

Mariyam’s facial was absolutely amazing! Her service was a 10/10 — she has such skilled hands, and the massage part was the best. I’ll definitely be coming back. She also did my eyebrows and full-face hair removal, which I was really happy with. The products she used felt natural and gentle on my skin.
