I've been back today for my top up appointment and I couldn't be happier with the final result. Jadie has been amazing from start to finish, making me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process and taking the time to get everything just right. My eyebrows look fantastic, so natural and exactly what I wanted. The attention to detail is incredible and it's clear how passionate and talented Jadie is at what she does. I would highly recommend Jadie to anyone considering permanent brows. Thank you so much, I'm absolutely over the moon with them!

Always an amazing experience. Love having my hair done by KK who is very talented and an experienced Extension Technician. I have had all types of extensions over the years - this time I had micro weft sew-in on relaxed hair. Looks very natural and my hair is healthy. Thank you KK as always xx

I highly recommend Harley! She is kind, caring, and professional. She gave me great advice about my haircut and explained how it would look. I had a traumatic experience with another hairdresser years ago, so I was very nervous, but Harley made me feel completely at ease. I recently had my permanent eyebrows done by Jade at Studio Eleven, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was professional, clean, and comfortable. Jade is a true artist. She took the time to map out the perfect shape for my face, ensuring everything was symmetrical and natural-looking before starting the procedure. Her attention to detail is incredible—she really listens to what you want while offering expert advice on what will heal best. The studio itself has a great atmosphere, and Jade made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.

Jasmine was incredible from start to finish. I came for a consult to get cherry cola hair & extensions to match after being a dark brunette colour for years. After being told by 3 other hairdressers that this all couldn’t be done in one appointment, Jasmine immediately said yes and booked me in for 2 weeks later to have it all done in one sitting. She even let me look at loads of extension samples from different brands. She’s great at seeing your vision for what you want to achieve and she’s always more than happy to help. The whole team are great!
