Excellent, kind, understanding, caring, very knowledgeable. I am so humbled by Daine she is a amazing lady so calm and reassuring. After a very tough journey of hair loss and spending thousands of pounds with hair clinic in Birmingham with no results was devastating. I felt my vulnerability was used for them to make money. My Confidence was very low. Diane not only provided me with a solution she even gave me concrete advise and direction to encourage my hair growth. Walked out the salon with tears of happiness and was just wowed. I look forward to my next appointment. Thank you Diane x

Diane is wonderful! She is excellent at what she does. I have been suffering from extreme hair loss, and thanks to her expertise, no one can tell that I'm wearing a hair topper it looks completely natural. I would highly recommend Diane to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and talented hair specialist.

Laura is fantastic. Im so funny about people cutting my hair due to bad past experiences with previous hairdressers but since going to laura i can literally sit in the chair and know my hair is going to be done perfect. Would not go anywhere else. Absolutely fantastic

I had a good experience here. Diane was really good at colouring my hair . Clearly experienced and confident. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Gave honest advice without pushing unnecessary services. Checked in throughout the appointment.

Lovely ambience and reception. Got my lashes done, the whole process was easy and quicker than I expected. when she was done, I loved every bit of it, so natural and light weight. I’m definitely going back for this and other services

Once again Diane came to the rescue my daughter had to have her beautiful hair shaved off for chemo. Diane relaxed it so it now it looks like hair not a mad afro which she struggled to cope with would recommend all hair types she is such a professional she caters for all races and treats every one the same.

Had a made hair topper to hide my hair loss, looks so natural and blends in so well to the rest of my hair and has gave me so much confidence. Everyone compliments my hair and is amazed when I tell them it’s a hair topper, they think it’s my own. I have brought many toppers off the internet and they just end up in bin has they look horrendous. This one is real hair and colour matched to my own would 100% recommend

From the first appointment, my son has felt really comfortable with Laura. He sits and chats away as though they’ve been friends for years. He’s always been anxious about going to the hairdresser because he finds the clippers can hurt his head, but we’ve never had that issue here. Laura is patient, friendly, and makes the whole experience relaxed. We always leave happy with the haircut and the service. Highly recommend.
