Amazing team. Such welcoming lovely ladies. Jenna has worked a miracle on my hair. What she started with was awful but after 9hrs across 2 sessions she created a miracle. Hugely recommend. Moved to Norwich from Essex 4 years ago and finally I have found a hairdressers that's the quality of us Essex girls. 5* all day long. Xx

Very happy with how Frankie did my hair! I normally have Danielle, but as she was away I was fitted in with Frankie. She listened to what I wanted, and made a good job considering neither of us knew what colours Danielle had used! She is also very friendly, and easy to talk to 😊

Lovely experience for my (16 year old) daughter’s first spray tan: she felt safe and looked-after; the room was clean; great result immediately afterwards. A natural-looking tan (no orange.) No chemical smell. Highly recommended.

Kerry is absolutely amazing 😍 I’ve never been confident with change but after a chat with Kerry, she did a very subtle change and honestly I’m so so happy she definitely knows what works for her customers I have 100% trust in her and thoroughly recommend Kerry and all at sapphire blu.
