Zhirong is really the best!! I've tried a lot of therapists under cloud9, tbh all are good but zhirong is the best. She's super gentle and mindful & doing facials with her is super relaxing. She's also very meticulous - she would even pluck / extract under my nose too which is amazing. So even though I live pretty far from Clarke quay, I'd travel all the way here for her :)

I had another great experience w/Hilda today altho I usually booked random beautician. I can say she always been consistently meticulous & committed to ensuring I get the results I expect. Her regulars will know what I mean when I say she truly has a passion for details. She never rushes through her work, but instead takes the time within her schedule to make sure everything's done properly. She’s attentive & checking in to see if I feel any discomfort (like during SHR) & reminding me of the advice she’s given (such as teeth whitening). Hilda’s dedication is really way beyond standards 👍

Always a good experience here with Joey :) did teeth whitening and saw quite a drastic improvement! No sensitivity at all and the whole session was really fast as well.

Always looking forward to going to Lapis whitening. Especially with the new massage service while getting my teeth whitened. Great customer service and experience.

Sheary was kind, confident, gentle. She did an excellent eyelash lift, going above and beyond to ensure my thick desert lashes would curl properly so I could look fab for my Singapore vacation! She was also so kind to help me figure out the way to my hotel afterwards. Much appreciated!

Came here for hydrafacial previously and came back again for their teeth whitening treatment. Both visits are fantastic! The service was superb, with staff explaining and making sure I'm well taken care of. Atomsphere was excellent - I always feel relaxed just stepping in, oh and I love the warm tea! Strongly recommended to pamper yourself here!
