I had another great experience w/Hilda today altho I usually booked random beautician. I can say she always been consistently meticulous & committed to ensuring I get the results I expect. Her regulars will know what I mean when I say she truly has a passion for details. She never rushes through her work, but instead takes the time within her schedule to make sure everything's done properly. She’s attentive & checking in to see if I feel any discomfort (like during SHR) & reminding me of the advice she’s given (such as teeth whitening). Hilda’s dedication is really way beyond standards 👍

this is my 1st time at Kosme location at Somerset..my previous visit is at Plaza Singapura but it already closed down..i m happy with my new terapist Shireen..she is so well versed & professional in handling my face treatment..she is so patient & explain everything abt the treatment which i dont get it at Plaza Singapura..she is so well train & i will continue to hv my treatment there provided she is the one handling my treatment..well done Shireen..

Always a good experience here with Joey :) did teeth whitening and saw quite a drastic improvement! No sensitivity at all and the whole session was really fast as well.

Friendly staffs that make u comfortable. Saw 4 shades improvement in teeth whitening.
