I was long overdue a cut and colour. I was recommended Lauren and must say that I was not disappointed. It was my first visit and Lauren made me feel very welcome and spent the time to discuss my needs, concerns and preferences. I had highlights, lowlights, toner and cut, blow and curl. She is so professional and I left the salon feeling very looked after with a new head of hair 😁 Thankyou Lauren xxx I would 100% recommend!

Kylie was so lovely, took her time and explained everything. She was really clear with what could be achieved with very dark hair! My balayage and blow dry looks fab, I’m really pleased with it. Such a lovely salon with friendly staff, will definitely be back and would recommend.

First time at HOC the lovely leighoni done a red balayage on my hair. . She was professional and knowledgeable on colour. She went through step by step what she was doing and I am happy with the result. It's not the red I wanted however I am aware that there is a process with the red on black hair. She did show me which tone of red would lift and what the final outcome will be eventually and cannot be done in 1 sitting. I will def be booking again to get the desired red I want. All the girls were friendly and there is a great team there good vibes everyone chatty. Very talented set of girls

I love my balayage. Lauren knows exactly what I want every time, thank you!

Mille was very pleasant and helpful and we had a good laugh whilst she tried to rescue my very uneven fringe (I had tried to cut it myself -never again!). I was impressed she managed to make my fringe and hair look very presentable and she gave some good advice on dying it.

Emma and Leighoni did a perfect job on my head today. I have such a dark root and they got it amazing for my first sitting. I had a full head of highlights and it's the first time I've left a salon feeling beyond happy with my hair. Gorgeous girls to they make you feel so comfortable! Found my forever hair salon now ❤️.
