What a wonderful experience at Penarth Scalp Spa! Helen is so knowledgeable about scalp health and it was so interesting to see my scalp health up close as part of the initial analysis before treatment. The essential oils used really made me feel relaxed and Helen explained everything beforehand. I was so relaxed, warm and cosy I could have lay there all day! The hand and arm massage was also a lovely surprise! Thank you so much Helen!

the staff here are so lovely and welcoming! i cannot recommend this salon enough, my cut turned out absolutely perfect and the colour consultation was very informative and well explained. i’m definitely going to become a regular customer 🙂‍↕️

1st visit to Alice today on recommendation. Really pleased, good consultation as to what I wanted and what Alice was going to be doing. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Lovely environment too! Highly recommend, next appt already booked.

Fantastic I'm so happy with my hair extensions. My hair very fine and I just wanted My hair to look thicker. I went for a consultation With Hannah and she's so lovely and reassuring. She's so knowledgeable about hair and extensions. I had nano extensions. 2 weeks after my consultation. My husband can't believe the difference and my daughter. My hair looks so much thicker. And the extensions match my normal hair. So glad I went.

This is the best hair salon I have visited. Had my hair done by Teigan. What a fabulous hairdresser. My colour, cut and blow dry is wonderful so pleased. Highly recommend. Also Helen has done my hair and highly recommend her as well. Best salon in Penarth.

I loved the detailed and calm consultation/service which took into consideration my neurodivergence and sensory issues. Which I know is difficult in a fast paced environment. I came in with a pastel idea that wouldn't have been possible with my hair colour history. Monica turned it into a stunning reality, resulting in a vibrant pink dreamy hair I would never have considered and I think even better than my original idea.

Always excellent as usual. Hari is very professional, she always gives me a beautiful cut and because of the way she cuts my hair, the style stays until my next cut with her. I enjoy going to Lazarou Penarth as the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.

Love coming to Katie to get my hair done, I often panic and don’t know what to say when I go to the salon but every time I go to Katie I’m very comfortable and happy. She made my hair look amazing, set my expectations immediately in the consultation and confirmed them with me during the appointment. The other stylists are also lovely to talk to and so kind. I recommend! ☺️

Ceri was wonderful as always and helped advise on my next hair colour during our consultation. The cut and blowdry was perfect and I was offered a hot drink and biscuit. The atmosphere at Lazarou is always great and overall it feels luxurious without being too expensive. Diolch yn fawr! X
