Hayley was amazing!!! Totally saved my hair, fixing a mess that had been made by a different salon and transforming it into something beautiful! Also such a lovely person, I’ve honestly never enjoyed a hair appointment so much! Thanks again and see you in a few months! :)

Lauren is the best. She gives the best customer service and knows exactly how to make my curls pop. She’s great at checking in with whether I’m happy with the cut and how I want my hair styled. 15/10!!!

Originally got my hair done in London. They didn’t manage my expectations at all. Or talk me through why my type of hair wasn’t ideal for dreads. It came was messy from the get go. Looked like I had then done for at least 2 weeks. RSB talked me through my options and why my hair wasn’t ideal for dead’s and re twisting. So they interlocked it instead. The end result was so much better and from just looking would clearly last longer. I will be coming back for my hair touch ups going forward. And I live in London. Now that’s saying something!

When I say Kirsty Hatton had her work cut out for her with trying to correct my multi colour damage hair!! 😖 She worked wonders!! And brought my hair back to life! The colour, The condition, The Cut! Lauren did an excellent job in covering my brassy balayage. She perfectly matched my OG hair colour and I feel happy and confident with my hair again. I also had a trim, which looks super nice with a bit of layers to define my natural waves. 100% recommend Lauren.

Second time with Emma now and really happy - impressed with the curly cut and ashier tones she’s managed to achieve with no permanent dyes involved. Also done my daughter’s hair and hidden a dodgy highlights band with colour melt. Daughter has had Amy too and been equally happy.
