Staff are always friendly and helpful, often going out of their way to help me personally as I have mobility problems. Claire , who is my personal hairdresser is excellent, always ready to discuss problem hair and offers sound advice. However, I would have no hesitation in being cared for by any member of staff should Claire not be available.

I have been having my hair cut and styled by Claire for around five years now and I am more than happy, I get lots of compliments and asked constantly who cuts my hair. Good hairdressers are hard to find, but I have definitely found mine!

My 5 year old daughter who can be very difficult when it comes to brushing hair, loved every minute of it. Katrina was lovely with her and she’s already looking forward to the next haircut!
