Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Amazing experience with Phoebe. She was very informative and friendly the entire appointment. Prior to my hair colour I had a consultation with her where she explained expectations clearly and was very transparent about pricing. She didn’t try up upsell me on anything my hair didn’t need and I really appreciated that. Would definitely recommend and come again.

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Sam did an amazing job with my hair and makeup as always. My hair and Makeup looked flawless, lasted all day/evening, I revived so many compliments. I couldn’t be happier with the final look. Sam is professional, Kind and really listens to what you want. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for a talented hair and makeup artist 👌

I had intial colour consultation with Chris who made me feel welcome and was really helpful advising on colour choices. I had root colour and lowlights done by Erin who did a brilliant job. My hair is soft and glossy and a perfect colour. Thankyou Rehab see you soon

​Davinder is genuinely the best Hollywood waxer ever! I felt no pain at all, which is a total game-changer. I got both my legs and Hollywood done, and she made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. As a plus-size woman, I was a bit nervous, but Davinder was so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and non-judgmental. She is a true professional and an absolute lovely person. I won't go to anyone else.

This is the best experience I’ve had in Coventry. I’ve been a few times now to Hair Lab for hairdressing and I’ve had mani/pedi in the past too. The staff are genuinely lovely people who move heaven and earth to fit you in where they can even if you’ve walked in off the street that day. The first time I came for a haircut last year I had had a botched job somewhere else and they fixed it for me, it looked great afterwards. I’ve since returned for restyles, and most recently a perm and layers. They taught me what products to use on my new curls, and cut the layers to suit my face beautifully.

I went for a hair consultation for balayage and a hair cut. The hair tech explained and also suggested what would suit me well, without just agreeing to whatever I asked. I then got a face framing haircut and got what was flattering for my face. Looking forward to coming back here. Keep up the good work.

The cut is exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t have asked for more, so pleased with it and I felt consulted and listened to the whole time. The only thing is my appointment time was changed without being asked, luckily I could make the new time but it might not have been that way. I would have appreciated being asked before it was changed and I’m then unable to change it myself

We have had this member of staff twice now and each time she has been amazing with my daughter who has sensory and SEN needs my daughter doesn’t want anyone else for future appointments she is a great member of staff and an asset to the business thank you so much

Amazing experience. I had a colour consultation earlier in the week and today the team delivered on everything they promised.
