My son (aged 10) absolutely hates having his haircut. It makes him so anxious. I found T&W and loved how inclusive and thoughtful they were around making their customers as comfortable as possible. The hairdresser really listened to what my son wanted, didn't judge, and made sure he was happy with what she was doing. It really helped being able to cover the mirror too. He came out happy!! Which is honestly a miracle. Thank you!

Amazing experience here yesterday - Sarah had been recommended by a friend and I was desperate to get my hair colour refreshed but had had some disappointing (and expensive!) experiences elsewhere in Bristol over the last few years. I had a colour consultation and then a full head of highlights done and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. Sarah did them in such a way that they look completely natural and the effect is exactly what I was going for. She was also very friendly, great to chat to and the price was fantastic for the service. Highly recommend!

Bobbi gave me an absolutely outstanding service for a complete restyle to help make my hair more manageable before I begin hospital treatment. She was considered and took on board all my style and low-maintenance requests - and she really knows how to get curly hair to do its thing! Great conversation and a relaxing atmosphere. Amazing! Today was my top up appointment for lip blush, by Lizzie. I’ve been so pleased with the results from the first treatment, healing was exactly as described, and my lips are in the best condition ever! Warm welcome, and a consultation with Lizzie before she started my top-up to check healing and identify any areas that may have needed more colour than others. The room is comfortable while hygienic, I was kept informed all the way through the treatment, and my comfort was checked all the way through. So excited to see my final healed results - definitely recommend

Courtney is the most friendliest person and an expert at colour! I’ve never been able to achieve ice blonde before and was told previously by other hairdressers that because of how dark my hair is I could never achieve it! Well Courtney can!! She squeezed me in for a blow dry this appointment because I have an event today. She’s literally the best, could not recommend more!!!
