Hannah is awesome! First time having my hair cut here and first haircut in quite a while. I went for a big change from long hair to a bob with balayage and Hannah was amazing. She cut the bob on the longer side to start off with so that I could see how it looked and to decide whether to go shorter or not. She was very accommodating all round and made me feel very comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend Hannah. I love the cut and the colour, it's exactly what I asked for and looks better than I'd hoped! 😁

Amazing experience here yesterday - Sarah had been recommended by a friend and I was desperate to get my hair colour refreshed but had had some disappointing (and expensive!) experiences elsewhere in Bristol over the last few years. I had a colour consultation and then a full head of highlights done and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. Sarah did them in such a way that they look completely natural and the effect is exactly what I was going for. She was also very friendly, great to chat to and the price was fantastic for the service. Highly recommend!

Gemma is such a rare gem! (No pun intended). I love my new haircut and I have loved all of the cuts, trims and ideas we have shared in the past. I completely trust her and her expertise to do what is right for my hair & face shape - and I also feel heard when I express my style ideas and needs. It was so lovely and such a treat to get the guidance, care and help to chop may hair from long to short !!! I am so happy with it and it was such a nice experience! The service from start to finish was absolutely amazing, the receptionist was extremely helpful and lovely, and the massage lady was amazing she had magic hands, she really put me a nervous customer at easy and absolutely amazing treatment, the hairdresser lady is also absolutely amazing and I loved my day with Beauty within. It is so convenient having your nails, waxing, massage, hairdressing and tanning all in one stunning place, there’s lovely decor throughout incredibly relaxing from Front door up would 10000000% recommend I’ve moved all of my services here. :)

I was greeted Warmley on arrival by Lucy. I was slightly early for my appointment, but was shown straight to my chair, where I showed Lucy a few photos of the type of hair style I wanted . My hair was washed and my scalp massaged, perfectly relaxing me before my hair cut. Lucy then preceded to cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. Perfect ! I love my new hair 😍 Lucy is such a lovely friendly young lady. She is my first and only choice for a fabulous professional hair cut and re-style. I am very happy with my experience at Kapille. I would definitely recommend having your hair cut by Lucy.
