Leanne was brilliant from start to finish. I came in wanting to move from blonde to auburn and she took so much care to achieve the right result. What I appreciated most was that she assessed the colour throughout and adjusted the process where needed rather than settling — she was focused on getting it perfect. She explained everything clearly which made me feel confident to trust the process. The final colour is exactly what I hoped for — a beautiful soft auburn with richness, dimension and a natural finish. Thank you for your expertise and attention to detail. I absolutely love my hair 🤎
