Natalie is absolutely exceptional. Every visit, I walk out feeling like the best version of myself. The cut is always precise, the colour is beautifully done, and the blow dry is flawless, she just gets it right every time. Her attention to detail and consistency are second to none. I always feel relaxed and pampered when Natalie washes my hair. The head massage melts away any stress. I have fine hair but Natalie always knows which products to apply for my blow dry so it’s more volumous with soft waves, ready for my Valentine’s dinner date.

I had an excellent experience! I had a nanoplasty treatment I'm so happy with the results. My hair feels incredibly smooth soft & shiny. The salon was welcoming professional and time was taken to explain the process and answer all my questions. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in and the attention to detail really showed. The salon was clean relaxing and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this salon to anyone considering a nanoplasty treatment or looking for a place that genuinely cares about delivering amazing results. I am looking forward to my next visit!

I came to see Natalie 2 months ago for a haircut and I'm still loving it! My hair is long and I needed a good chop but with shape and thickness. Natalie took the time to listen and work with me and my hair and took her time for a precise cut! You're in good, caring hands! The hydrating treatment is a must too! Thanks Natalie and I'll see you in a couple of months for a trim! :)

What a treat! Natalie is a delight and really took the time to understand my hair and it’s all its foibles ( weird cow licks and curls that have a life of their own !). She worked with me to get a style that suited my face and my lifestyle. I walked out looking just how I hoped I would …. And that happens so rarely! Bonus points for realistic pricing.
