Nixie was nice, she was running about 30 minutes behind. I would have appreciated a phone call stating that she was running late and ask if I could push my appointment back. Because she was running late I felt like she rushed through the appointment. This was my first time meeting Nixie. She didnt say hi or introduce herself she just told me to head over to the sink and started washing before even asking what I wanted to do with my hair. She didnt attempt to have conversation with me and chatted with another staff member throughout session(yelling across the salonat times) The cut itself great

Everyone was so nice and even though they were busy it was awesome! I had Jessie for my Hair and Heather for my nails and both did an amazing job and were so sweet.

Christine, the owner, is very very good with color and cut. Probably the only salon in the Pittsburgh area that still uses Framesi hair color, from Italy . It makes all the difference. lastly, the salonists don’t jump from client to client like other salons. When you get an appointment here, it is your appointment for the entire time. Great Small business, support it.

This was my first service at Christine’s. I highly recommend Nixie . She knows color, knows the unruliness of curly hair and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary products. I had the mini keratin treatment too and Nixie straightened my hair beautifully which that in itself has been difficult for many prior stylists. Definitely recommend this salon.
