I could not have had a better experience! Suzannah is such a lovely, beautiful person, You can really tell that she loves what she does and really knows what she is talking about. I have the hair integration system and it’s actually really comfortable and very secure, she done an amazing job. We chatted so much, I feel like I’ve known her years. I really really recommend her, she is the absolute best. Already looking forward to going back!

I have been going to Suz for over a year now and would not trust anyone else with my hair. She has supported me through my alopecia journey with so much care and real passion for what she does❤️ Her work has made me feel confident again going from integration systems to my hair growing back and having tape ins. She is so funny and easy to get on with and always makes every appointment feel comfortable and relaxed. I am so grateful to have found her when i did and couldn’t recommend her enough to ANYBODY 🥰

Suzannah, made me feel very welcome. She had a programme of what was required and everything went to plan. At each stage she kept me informed and checked that it was to my satisfaction. She explained about the products she used and what she could recommend. When everything was complete I told her that I would be having further business with her in the near future. Suzannah is a lovely lady who enjoys her work and is very talented at it.

My first visit went very well and I learned a lot about what the Hair Enhancing Hub had to offer. Suzanne was very informative and she helped me through the order process. I decided that I had the information to place an order. Suzanne told me about pricing and how the order would be placed. A further appointment was booked and my initial session was then complete. Further emails gave me more detailed information on pricing and payment.

Suzi is absolutely pure happiness in a bottle!! Went in not knowing what to do for the best with my old extensions came out with them looking completely brand new feeling 100 percent better and with a plan of what we want to do going forward! As someone with hair but fine hair I just wanted some fullness and length and we reduced how much I had been adding but it looked far more filled out and the install was so flattering! And on top of that a lovely conversation and a fabulous coffee ❤️ I could have stayed and chatted all night! Can’t wait to be back!

Wow, Suzy is an amazing stylist. She is able to boost people’s confidence dramatically with the work she creates. Just incredible - the way Suzi makes me feel every time i visit. I’ve had hair systems for over 13yrs & been going to HEH for 4+yrs, it’s a completely different environment to a salon, private & discreet. My hair needs are so personal, & Suzi makes it all about ‘you’ & just ‘you’ I can’t thank her enough for giving me my life back. If you’re hesitant about what to do & where to go, i’ll say this……. I trust no-one else with my hair & drive over 650 miles to HEH, as no-one has ever made me feel like ‘me’ again. I have my self-esteem & confidence back. i can never thank Suzi enough XXX

i’ll start by saying this, for my appt’s i drive 6+ hrs 325 miles each way, thats how incredible Suzi 😊i Suzi cares, always explains the process & makes me feel wonderful when i leave. i wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair
