I went on their booking site Fresha to book an appointment for my mum, there weren't any suitable ones available but I was able to go on a waiting list for any cancellations during the times of my choice. Luckily an appointment came up and I received an email to inform me and a call from Laura who kindly booked my mum in. My mum isnt able to sit at the backwash to wash her hair due to mobility problems, so she washed it before coming in. Laura did a lovely job and put my mum at ease. The waiting list feature on Fresha is excellent. Great all round experience, would recommend.

Abbie is without doubt the best extensionist in the area. I have been a customer for 7 years and every appointment is professional and completed with perfection. She is an amazing colour technician and stylist too. Highly recommended.
